i agree…. marys shots bothered stffi more because pierce hit her balls flatter than seles.. seles hit very hard bt not as consistently hard and flat as pierce. and that is difficult for steffi to keep slicing on deep balls hit hard on the backhand ..

I agree Mary’s shots can bother Steffi a lot. However Seles determination and consistency wore Graf down in early nineties.
